1. Key TermsGetHelpLuxembourg (hereafter referred to as "we","us" or "our") provides an online platform which connects companies/individuals(collectively known as service providers) who provide services listed on its website with customers seeking such services. You therefore understand that you are doing it at your own risk as GetHelpLuxembourg is merely a facilitator to connect the service providers and customers and it does not own, manage,provide or endorse any of the service listings mentions on the site.
3. EligibilityYou are authorised to use our website, application or services only a) if you are above 18 years old and b) if you are not forbidden by law(of your country of citizenship, country of residence or country from where you are accessing our services) from providing/receiving any services listed on our site. You agree that failing to fulfill the above criteria and continuing to use our Site,Application or Services may result in penalties or other consequencies as imposed by law.
4. Account RegistrationYou may continue to use the site without creating an account for viewing the service listings, however, you are required to create an account if you need to make a booking as a customer or create a service listing as a service provider. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the account registration process and update it as and when required. You may also use certain third-party social networking sites (hereafter referred to as "Third-party accounts") for logging into our site. By doing so, you agree that you will be providing your third party account login information to GetHelpLuxembourg and grant GetHelpLuxembourg access to your information on those third party sites without breach by you of any of the terms and conditions that govern your use of the applicable Third-Party Account and without obligating GetHelpLuxembourg to pay any fees or making GetHelpLuxembourg subject to any usage limitations imposed by such third-party service providers.
You also agree not to disclose your account password to any third party and that you will take sole responsibility for any actions or activities arising from your account even if it occurs without your knowledge or authorization.
You accept sole responsibility for any content that you have uploaded and GetHelpLuxembourg is not liable for any damages or claims arising due to any information that you have uploaded/updated. You are also forbidden from uploading any content which are deemed as objectionable by government agencies, other individuals or companies. GetHelpLuxembourg reserves the right, under its own discretion, to remove such content and revoke/delete accounts and remove related service listing without any prior notice. You may also be subject to penalties or punishments for such behaviour.
5. Data privacyGetHelpLuxembourg takes data privacy seriously and does not solicit any personal information other than those required for facilitating the services. Users are requested to inform the administrator at [email protected] at the earliest if they receive any inappropriate requests seeking sensitive information even if they claim to act on behalf of GetHelpLuxembourg.
It is also forbidden to collect/store information retrieved from our site or application for any personal or commercial use other than those stipulated on our service or platform.
6. As customerIf you are using our site or application as a customer, you agree to provide accurate and complete information while making a booking slot and you agree not to make any unnecessary bookings unless with a genuine intention of availing a service. You also agree to inform the service provider at the earliest if you wish to cancel/modify a booking slot due to personal reasons or otherwise. You also understand that GetHelpLuxembourg is not responsible in case of any disputes between you and the service provider or any third party and also for any liabilities/damages arising as a part of the provision of the service.
7. As service providerIf you are using our site or application as a service provider, you understand that certain countries require permits/licenses to provide a service and/or also may require taxes to be collected/remitted to the respectively tax authorities for provision of various services. You as a service provider and agree that you are solely responsible for determining your applicable Tax reporting requirements, and you are also solely responsible for remitting to the relevant authority any Taxes included or received by you.
GetHelpLuxembourg does not assume responsibility for your failure to comply with applicable laws, rules and tax regulations as a part of provision of your respective services. GetHelpLuxembourg reserves the right, at any time and without prior notice, to remove or disable access to any of your listing if it has been found to be in violation of GetHelpLuxembourg's terms and conditions or the rule of law. You also agree to honour your commitments to the customers and inform them at the earliest if you are unavailable for an already confirmed booking slot. You also understand that GetHelpLuxembourg is not responsible in case of any disputes between you and the service provider or any third party and also for any liabilities/damages arising as a part of the provision of the service GetHelpLuxembourg is not responsibility for any.
8. Changes of termsGetHelpLuxembourg is constantly engaged in making technology improvements to its platform and services for better provision of services and may modify changes to its terms and privacy policies from time to time. If we modify these Terms, we will post the modification on the Site or via the Application and/or provide you notice of the modification by email. We will also update the “Last Updated” date at the top of these Terms. Changes to the Terms will be effective at the time of posting. Your continued access or use of the Site, Application or Services will constitute acceptance of the modified Terms. If the modified Terms are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the Site, Application and Services. If you do not close your GetHelpLuxembourg Account you will be deemed to have accepted the changes.
